If you would like to order a customized version of any our products, please contact us to discuss details. Slings may be ordered with less or no padding. Other products may be custom ordered in whatever fabric combination you request, subject to availability.

If we have to special order fabric for your order, please allow at least 2 – 4 weeks to complete and ship. Custom and special orders may not be returned for refund or exchange and are final sale only. If a new custom ordered item requires repair, we will repair it for free or exchange it within 30 days after the original ship date following our stated return / exchange policies.
