Posh Papoose LLC is a family-run business dedicated to unique designs, high quality, and excellent customer service. We produce our limited-edition collections in small production runs in order to meet these high standards and to offer a constantly evolving selection of styles. We hope that you find our website informative and easy to use. We do our best to describe and depict items as accurately and completely as possible. Please keep in mind that digital photos and computer monitors vary in color accuracy, but we are happy to mail fabric swatches upon request. if you're unsure about a fabric, please request a fabric swatch before placing your order. We can also customize the fit in the length of the shoulder pad, side rails, and sling length. We offer custom Petite and XL sizing (just note that all customized items are final sale). We are 100% committed to ensuring that you are happy with your sling and we have every confidence that our slings are comfortable with proper use. We also offer a plethora of useful tips and resources on our online User Guide page. If you find yourself in our area, we can help you in person.
As a small, mom-run operation, we do not have the time or the staff to support the more liberal policies of large scale retailers, but we want to you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we try to offer as much support and information on the website, by email, and by phone, so that our customers can make an informed decision before purchasing. We are confident that with proper use, the Posh Papoose® Ring Sling is the best on the market and you'll think so too. Please keep in mind that baby slings require a learning curve. A baby that is fussy in a sling at 3 months may love it at 6 months and beyond. You may find success by trying a new position, trying it when your baby is in a better mood, using it more frequently so your baby can get used to it, viewing some babywearing videos, or getting hands-on help from a local breastfeeding support or babywearing group. Please review our online User Guide for photos, tips, and links to babywearing resources. In most cases, once your baby can sit in a "Hip Carry" position, it's smooth sailing until your child is too heavy to carry! We are certain that if you keep trying, your child will eventually love being carried in our slings.
Please call or email us with any questions and we will do our best to help. If despite our best efforts, the item you ordered is not to your liking, please review our RETURN POLICY for details on how to return it for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. We welcome feedback on how we can improve our products, our service, and this website.
