| You may return your Posh Papoose®product for exchange or store credit on future orders, following the return policies and procedures (i.e. returned within 14 days of original ship date in like-new condition - please see details). Once we receive the item and it is approved, we will email you a voucher or coupon code for the amount of credit you are due, minus any applicable restocking charges, original shipping costs, etc. You can also email us to request an exchange and we'll let you know amount due and you can include a check for the difference made out Posh Papoose with your return. Your credit will be good for six months from the issue date. You will be charged for shipping on the future order as well as for the price difference if you are buying a more expensive item(s). Custom made, special order, and sale items are final sale and may not be returned for exchange or credit. |
