Most items are in stock, most of the time, and are shipped out within several business days, if not sooner. If we need to order fabric, replenish inventory, or are out of the office (illness, vacation, holidays, trade shows, etc.) then your order will not ship immediately. In that case, if the delay will be more than a week or so, we will make an effort to notify you with an approximate ship date.

Most special orders can be processed within 1 – 3 weeks. Time will depends on whether the fabric is in stock or has to be ordered.

If the item you ordered is not the size or color you imagined, you may exchange it for a different style, size, or color.
