If your new item arrived with a flaw (a highly unlikely occurrence!), or it has torn within 30 days of the ship date, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you, based on availability.

After 30 days (from ship date), we will consider any damage a matter of wear & tear, unfortunate accidents, or misuse, and we will charge a nominal fee and return shipping to repair the item. we will provide you with a reasonable estimate and time frame. Please email us to discuss your situation.

Bear in mind our items are extremely well made and your item should last a very long time with normal use and proper care.
