I wanted you to know that I couldn't love my sling more and I have gotten AMAZING use out of it. I actually wore it to a star-studded black tie event because my daughter was having separation anxiety so at the last minute I brought her with me (to the Women in Film Crystal Awards). I wanted to let you know that the sling is absolutely gorgeous and fits beautifully. I haven't figured out how, but this sling is SO comfortable! It fits and feels better than any other sling, wrap, or front-pack I own. This has become my favorite carrier, even for longer wearings. My 20 pound five-month-old son loves being held, and I can wear him without having shoulder, neck, or back pain. I own several other carriers, and this is my favorite sling, hands-down.
The fabrics are elegant and bright, and the fit is perfect. The tail is longer, so I can use it for discreet breastfeeding or shielding my son from direct sunlight or too much noise. I wear him around the house, walking him to sleep, nursing, at church, running errands, just about everywhere. It's easy to put on, and the sling automatically spreads out over your shoulder and back so there is no bunching up.
I'd definitely recommend this sling to others, and when I wear it out, I get tons of positive comments and smiles. The customer service is prompt and friendly. I would definitely purchase another Posh Papoose™!

Also, the hats for both Victoria and Elizabeth are great. We've been using them at the lake already this year and it looks like they'll both be wearing them for years to come.

Update 12/21/07: Just wanted to let you know how much I still love my Posh Papoose Baby Sling. Victoria is now 8 months old and is almost 20 lbs and I still carry her around in it. Still comfortable even with a bad shoulder and neck.
 
Victoria loves hanging on as we shop, take short walks, pick up Big Sister Elizabeth from school, take Elizabeth to ice skating lessons or to just do fun things around the house.
 
I can still count on getting her to take a nap by putting her in the sling and walking around a bit. Then I just lean down in her crib, place her gently on her bed, slip the sling over my head to use as a blanket and walk away. She's usually down for a good hour, this little ritual has saved my sanity many times.
 
Still recommending to all my friends and the many people who stop and ask me about the beautiful sling I'm wearing.

I love my PoshPapoose sling! I have owned many slings, but this is the only one that is comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time. I LOVE my Posh Papoose^TM sling. I bought it when Timmy was 11 mos old for a trip to Miami. I have tried almost every carrier on the market, and none are as wonderful as my Posh Papoose™.

My only regret is that I didn't find this sling when Timmy was a newborn! The tail pockets are wonderful, and were extremely useful for airport travel (kept my ticket and ID handy, as well as covered during airport breastfeeding).

The fabric is so light that even in hot Miami I could comfortably wear Timmy. Now at 17 mos and weighing28 lbs, I still comfortably carry Timmy. The padded shoulder and easy to use ring make this sling far surpass other similar designs in comfort and wearability of heavier children. Timmy loves this sling and behaves like an angel when worn (especially helpful in church, at the grocery store, and the mall). How frequently do you hear people saying their toddlers behave in those places?

We also love our Posh Papoose^TM mommy/son matching hats! I originally bought Timmy a hat to wear in sunny FL, but he has since outgrown it, and when I bought him a new size, I bought myself one too, so we are now a matching set! The new design even lets me hang my ponytail out the back...LOVE IT!!!

Posh Papoose^TM is a great place to shop for your friends for gifts, babyshowers, etc... The slings with matching hats and diaper changing kits make wonderful presents that any friend will be happy to receive!!

"I'm really enjoying the Posh Papoose™!

I was able to pick it up just as it was from the box and easily place my 2 1/2 week old into it. The colorful pattern actually matches every outfit, and people comment on how lovely it is wherever I go (and I take it everywhere.)

My newborn loves it, and I love having both hands free to get other things done. It's great to have extra diapers in the pocket, and there is enough fabric to easily keep her sensitive skin protected from the sun. It also enables me to breastfeed her discretely wherever I go (and the extra fabric also helps me stay covered up when she's feeding.) Sometimes I'll have long conversations with people before they realize I've been feeding her the whole time...

The Papoose is ideal for "tricking" my daughter into a nap. I'm trying to get her to feed on a schedule, and I can postpone a feeding for up to an hour by wearing her around the apartment in the Papoose. She immediately falls asleep once she's in it. Then I can place her into her crib while still in the Papoose (see picture).

I can’t believe I waited almost 5-months to use my beautiful baby sling from Posh Papoose. The other day I popped Eden into the sling for our trip to Costco and about halfway through our shopping trip, a miracle happened…she fell asleep! Yes, my daughter, the anti-napper fell asleep in her sling.

What I find remarkable about this line of slings is the variety; there is a style to fit any personality: funky, elegant, simple, and always chic. We love the Posh Papoose. When our son Isaac was little he would lie down in it and sleep or eat. Now that he is a big guy -- 15 lbs -- he sits up in it and watches the world go by. We got this sling the day before a trip to Europe, and so had had virtually no practice with it prior to needing it a lot! We were so impressed with how easy it was to use. The padding in the shoulder adds tremendously to the comfort without being bulky, and the padding in the edges keeps our kids legs from getting red marks. The pockets in the tail are extremely convenient - I use them much more than I thought I would! The fabric in our sling is gorgeous and grown-up. We refer to it as our "dress up sling" (although we use it every day). We use it for both our 11 month old and our 3.5 year old and it works equally well for both. Anyway, we think it's fantastic and beautiful.
Update: I wanted to write and let you know that we just took your sling to France for the second time (the kids are now 2.5 and 5 years). Jok got mobbed by a horde of Japanese tourists who ALL wanted to take a picture of him carrying Ian in it in the elevator to the Eiffel Tower (it's the Japanese print). And THEN, we actually caused a lady to drive her car into a tree in this little city when she got distracted with smiling at Jok as he snuggled Ian into it.
